Small and Large scale production
When your prototype is successful, you’ll probably be thinking about production. At PT Motorsport we’re happy to help with production too, we can rapidly fulfil smaller orders of 3D Printed parts with our fleet of high-end 3D Printers in a range of materials to suit your exact needs.
If you’re manufacturing a sheet metal part, we have partnered with local fabricators who have the CNC cutting and bending equipment to manufacture your parts at the scale to suit your project.
Should your project be CNC Machining job, we have also have built relationships with local, interstate and overseas workshops that can manufacture your parts, anywhere from small raw aluminum parts, to complicated 5 Axis parts that are anodized and everything in-between. We have built these relationships in bringing our own products to life and now we’re happy to share this with you.

The PT Process
Our process, in a nut shell, goes like this:
- Concept
We will meet with you, in person or video call, to discuss your project. We can work with you from anything in-between a napkin sketch to a completed 3D model. Depending on how far along you are already. - Design
If required, our skilled staff at PT Motorsport will draw and 3D model your part to your vision, and provide you with technical drawings and to scale PDFs for you to print on paper to offer up to your project to ensure it will fit. - Prototype
We 3D print your part on our top of the line 3D printers with an economical material to a high level of dimensional accuracy, you can then test fit your part in your project. We can do as many iterations as required to ensure you have the highest level of confidence in moving to the next step. - Manufacture
It’s go time! You’ve got a successful prototype and you know your part will work! It’s time to make it in it’s final form! Depending on your part, what materials and what processes your project requires, PT Motorsport will either manufacture in house or engage it’s many partners to assist in the manufacturing process.
